- New area with a luxury streets and shops nearby, and good infrastructure - Friendly staff especially the Chechens girl she speaks Arabic and English as well I think her name is Dina or Diana . Also Muhammad in the reception very nice man. - the room is well equipment with high end brand appliances and most of kitchen materials are available - good for a med- long stay as the apartments contains everything - safety as lefts works with key cards , cctv everywhere - Opposite to a famous resturant in turkey “ meat moot” - partial view for the 2 bedroom apartments in upper floor , with a green valley view. - Good location near by super market ‘ Magros’ , a pharmacy and hospital , we had emergency as our young daughter had a severe fever and the hospital was 100 meters , also a meet shopping mall “vadi Istanbul ‘ maybe 8-10 minutes walking - swimming pool is clean with a salty water they offer you water and a towel at entrance - lots of cafes and restaurants around Thanks 🙏 to the team

The room was perfect for a family with kids. My baby had plenty of space to play in the living room and the kitchen was perfect and fully equipped! They were also generous with water they would give two big bottles everyday. The location was nice too not too far from all the places we visited. The furthest was Nisantesi around 30 minutes. It was also convenient having a mall right next to us!

Staff there is incredible. Their customer service and attention to guest is an example how it should be. At that place I feel like at home. Dania from customer service went above an beyond to find a prefect room for us., Oktay , bellboy is the best bellboy ever. Sometimes I feel like he reads our minds, by helping us in his discreet way. His knowledge and skills are at level of experience concierge. Hakan and Arif in restaurant are another huge value of this place. Being available but at the same time discreet and invisible, until the second you need something. They remember habits of each guest and as we were entering breakfast rom they are bringing our favorite beverages to the table. Other employees are great too, just didn't have much chance to talk to them and learn their names. receptionist, cleaners all great. Venue itself has anything you may think of on your trip no matter short or long stay. Not centrally located but in a great part of Istanbul. All important touristy locations are easy accessible by taxi. With fully equipped kitchen, supermarket within 3 minutes and great restaurants nearby you can take care of your meals! Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location for families who want to stay in Vadi Istanbul. All the staff are excellent , and special thanks goes to the reception staff Mohamed, Mahmud, Canel and Elip.

Never been in a hotel with such a level of cleanliness. I never seen such a customer services. Turkish hospitality is known, but this is significantly above and beyond. In my job I work with hotels on a serious contracts and I know what are real expectations. .My Super Hero Oktay, continued to be my hero and to save my days. When we were in a hurry and told that taxi will come in 15 minutes, he located one in a minute. Magic. I needed wheelchair and he made it appear in a minute. Helping us with bags, with my walker. His coworker, Ibrahim very nice person. Always there to help. Warm and empathetic Mrs. Ikram, Guest Relation was there for us. She just got new coworker, Dania, perfect contribution to the team! Fluent in English. Both ladies from the Guest Relation were helping us with numerous issues we had. They organized for us day tour of Old Istanbul. Driver Murat Ozmen real treasure. He has shown us the best of Istanbul and tell us all hidden secrets. Receptionists all nice, but Fatih and Baris just special. When we had issue with payment due to the bank restriction, they were patient. Told us not to worry and that we can pay at any time before check out. When bank makes restrictions, we are always embarrassed, but these two helped me to relax. Room cleaning service unbelievable. My main housekeeper Mercan and her teammates Emran + one are superb. Each time they do something special for me, so I knew it was them cleaning my room. “Thank you, card,” pleased them so much so they took picture of it. However during this stay I met the backup team and they are not anywhere behind Mercan and her teammates Atamyrat and Rozymyrat and Rukiya. Their supervisor Layla Utman truly professional. She came to ask if we are satisfied with serviced and as we said we were she was so happy. Please pay attention to these people when staying at this place. Venue is perfect. Location is perfect. But its beauty would be in a shade without these people. KUDOS to best Hotel Teams!
